Connor Morang, PhD Candidate

About Me

I’m from southern Maine in the US. I did my bachelor’s in Environmental Science at the University of Florida. My bachelor’s thesis focused on turfgrass and leaf litter decomposition in urban streams; I subsequently graduated from UF in 2021. I did my master’s at ETH in Zürich in the Environmental Science program were I majored in Ecology and Evolution. My Masters thesis focused on the invasive bivalve, Corbicula sp., and the genetic lineages that exist in Switzerland. I graduated in 2024.

Personal interests

I love to fish, hike, cycle and spend time outdoors.
